Yikes, I’ll get that fixed. It was working for me earlier this morning so I’m hopeful it’s a temporary bug. 🙏
Maybe the page needs more load time? I noticed that the first paragraph loads real fast and the rest of it loaded after a couple of seconds.
I still can’t get the form to load; aside from the opening paragraph, it’s just white space. Maybe it’s an issue with my browser.
Which are you using?
Chrome. It’s generally pretty good, but every once in a while I find something that goes hinky with it. I’d try to debug it tonight, but I’m frankly exhausted. Tomorrow I’ll try to open the page with a different browser, or from a different computer, and see if I can’t get it to work.
