Fan favorite Ura once again used one of his standard techniques to rapidly dispatch his day 8 opponent, Maenofuji. Ura ducks at the tachiai and swings to his left, circling behind his opponent and then applying a firm shove to send him to the zabuton.
With this win, Ura improves to 3-1, one win away from kachi-koshi and a winning record to start is road to recovery.

If Ura gets a 1 loss record here, he stays in his current division and just moves to the top position, right? Or would they promote him if he has one of the best records in the division?
I would think he would be Sandanme 40-20 range for Kyushu. But lksumo will have a better crystal ball.
I think when I looked at this, it would put him right around Sd30, so exactly in the middle of your range :)
